3) Who are we and what do we offer?
We are the operator of the ColosseumTicket, through which you can easily and quickly purchase tickets for events according to the current offer, as well as take advantage of related services - ticket insurance, payment through employee benefit programs or consumer credit.
Once the purchase is complete, we will forward the information about the ticket generation or the blocking of the corresponding seat to the respective organiser, as well as forward the information about the use of the selected service to the respective service provider, and we will transfer your payment to them accordingly.
Our role is to arrange the purchase of the ticket or service for you, so we are not the person from whom you buy the ticket or service.
Our liability to you is limited to the transaction initiated by you through ColosseumTicket, i.e. the generation and sending of the ticket on the one hand, the processing of the payment on the other. All claims in connection with the ticket purchase process, its authenticity and validity can be made with us - see section 6 below.
4) Who is the organiser and what is their responsibility?
The Organiser organises the event, entry to which is conditional upon the purchase of a ticket. The organiser is our contractual partner if tickets for the event organised by the organiser can be purchased from ColosseumTicket.
The organizer is responsible for the implementation of the event, any changes in the parameters of the event, as well as any cancellation of the event. All claims in connection with the event must be filed with the organizer.
The conditions of participation in the event and any changes in the parameters of the event are governed by the rules of the respective organizer, which are usually available on the organizer's website or the specific event.
5) Who is the service provider and what is their responsibility?
The service provider provides services related to the purchase of the ticket, in particular financial services related to the method of payment, transport services related to the method of delivery, insurance services providing protection against unexpected events.

The terms and conditions of the service and the price (usually a % of the purchase value) are determined by the service provider and are subject to the terms and conditions and price lists available on the service provider's website or its products.
6) How is the purchase of a ticket made at ColosseumTicket?
A detailed guide to buying a ticket in ColosseumTicket is given here. The purchase and the conclusion of the contract is carried out in the Czech language, in a distance manner using electronic means. The purchase represented by the concluded contract is archived in our system for [5 years], from which it can be exported on request, and in the case of your registration in ColosseumTicket it is also accessible after logging in to the My Purchases section.
Based on cooperation with selected service providers, the ticket price can be paid by Twisto, Benefit plus, Gallery beta, Cafeteria mojeBenefity and Benefity. We can also arrange ticket insurance for you by using the services of the European Insurance Company. However, the use of these services may incur a charge according to the terms and conditions of the relevant service provider and our price list - see clause 10 below.
The total purchase price consists of the price of the selected goods, the price of the selected services and the associated fees (clause 10 below).
In order to correctly view a ticket delivered electronically, it is necessary to install a suitable pdf file viewer, e.g. Adobe Reader, on your PC or mobile device.
By purchasing a ticket from ColosseumTicket you confirm that you have read these terms and conditions.
We recommend that you protect your ticket by keeping it in a safe place where it cannot be misused or degraded. Do not post a photo of the ticket on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
7) What is an ePass?
An eVoucher is a ticket with a designated monetary value intended for the purchase of tickets at ColosseumTicket. The eVoucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. eVoucher is not redeemable for cash and can only be used once (ideally for its full value). The purchase of an eVoucher in ColosseumTicket is similar to the purchase of a ticket, but with the difference that you conclude the relevant purchase contract directly with us and we send you the eVoucher only in electronic form based on payment by bank transfer or online card.
We offer eVouchers in the values of CZK 500, CZK 1,000 and CZK 2,000.
8) What if something goes wrong?
After making a purchase, please check the details on the ticket to make sure they match your order. If you find any discrepancy, please report it immediately at the point of collection or let us know within two working days of making the purchase by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
We will assess your request as soon as possible and propose a suitable solution. If your request does not relate to our services, we will forward it to the relevant organiser with your contact details for processing.
However, we must advise you that tickets purchased cannot be returned or exchanged and no replacement tickets will be provided if lost, stolen or damaged; tickets cannot be claimed in these circumstances. The same applies to tickets purchased outside of ColosseumTicket (from a third party), even if originally generated in ColosseumTicket.
If we receive advance notice from the organiser that the event has been cancelled, we will contact you via the contact details provided with information on the ticket refund procedure. It is important to provide up-to-date and valid contact details, otherwise we will not be able to contact you and important information will not reach you. Payment will normally be refunded using the same method of payment as was used.
We do not refund fees associated with the type of payment (benefit payments) and fees associated with the type of delivery (postage).
In the rare event that ColosseumTicket experiences a technical problem that results in a ticket or eVoucher being available at a price that does not correspond to the normal price and is not an "extraordinary discount" or "promotion" as apparently indicated on the merchandise, we reserve the right to void such ticket and offer it for purchase at the normal price.
We carefully protect the personal data provided by you against possible misuse. Legislation requires us to inform you of the conditions for processing your personal data, which we do by this notice.
