SEARCHING FOR EVENTS
On the introduction page of the portal there is a regularly updated offer highlighting interesting events. You can search for events by type by navigation through the Theatre, Cinema, Music, Festival, Sport, Children and other categories. You can search for events not only by using fulltest and advanced search facilities but also by ticking a particular day in the calendar.
When you click on the date of the event you selected, a virtual event will come up on the display where you can put individual tickets into your virtual basket.


METHODS OF BOOKING TICKETS
This section provides a list of all the types of booking that the Colosseum ticket booking system offers to the users of this portal.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
The event organiser may not support all the types of booking mentioned below.
For each type of booing, the organiser sets a deadline until which you can book tickets through the Colosseum ticket portal.
The supported types of booking with details concerning the method of payment and collection/ delivery of tickets are always shown directly in the virtual hall of the event you selected, along with information about the supported types of ordering and purchasing in the sections METHODS OF ORDERING and METHODS OF PURCHASING TICKETS).
If the deadline for all types of booking has expired for your event, the virtual event hal will display a message that tickets can no longer be booked In this case, you cannot put more tickets into your virtual basket.
Once you have finished booking tickets, the display will show the number and name of your booking, expire date and information concerning delivery of tickets. Booked tickets must be paid on or before the expiry date and using the method of payment you selected (at the ticket agent´s counter or by a bank transfer). If the tickets are delivered by post, a handling fee for postage and packaging may be added to the price of the tickets. The fee is displayed when the tickets are selected in the virtual event hall, depending on the method and delivery of the tickets.


TYPES OF BOOKING AND THEIR DEADLINES:
•    Ticket agent´s counter – personal collection of tickets
Tickets may be booked up to 5 calendar days before the event date. For Alfa Theatre events, up to 2 calendar days before the date of performance. All booking expire in 3 days.
•    Payment by a bank transfer in the Czech Republic - personal collection of tickets
Tickets may be booked up to 10 calendar days before the event date.
•    Payment by a bank transfer in the Czech Republic – postal delivery of tickets in the Czech Republic
Tickets may be booked up to 14 calendar days before the event date.
•    Payment by a bank transfer in the Czech Republic – postal delivery of tickets to another EU country
Tickets may be booked up to 30 calendar days before the event date.
•    Payment by a bank transfer in the Czech Republic – eTicket
Tickets may be booked up to 10 calendar days before the event date.
•    Payment by a bank transfer from outsite the Czech Republic – personal collection of tickets
Tickets may be booked up to 14 calendar days before the event date.
•    Payment by a bank transfer from outsite the Czech Republic – postal delivery of tickets to another EU country
Tickets may be booked up to 30 calendar days before the event date.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE METHODS OF PAYMENT FOR TICKETS
IMPORTANT NOTICE:

In the last step of your booking, the system will display the information necessary to make the payment for the booking - the account number and the variable symbol.
The amount for the tickets booked and the handling fee (if the tickets are delivered by post to your address) must be credited to the account shown in the last step your booking by the date of booking expiry. All unpaid bookings willbe automaticlly canceled after this date. It is recommended to make the bank transfer immediately after the booking.
Ticket agent´s counter
With this type of booking, you pay when you collect the tickets at any of the sales points of the Colosseum ticket booking system. Check the updated list of the sales points.
Payment by a bank transfer in the Czech Republic
This method of payment for the tickets booked is only possible if you pay via a bank located in the Czech Republic.
Payment by a bank tranfer from outside the Czech Republic
This method of payment for the tickets booked is only possible if you pay via a bank located outside the Czech Republic. Important notice! A handlig fee may be added to the price of the tickets to cover the cost of an international bank transfer.
Payment of invoice
Tickets must be paid by the date of booking expiry at the Central Booking Office (CRK). An invoice will be issued upon payment.


INFORMATION ABOUT THE TYPES OF TICKET DELIVERY
Personal collection of tickets
VIn the last step of your booking, the system will display a list of sales points where you can purchase and collect the tickets.
Postal delivery of tickets in the Czech Republic
Once the amount covering the price of the tickets booked and the handling fee has been credited to the account dispayed in the last step of your booking, the tickets will be sent by post to the address stated in the booking. This type of delivery may be used for addresses in the Czech Republic only. The handling fee for delivery of tickets to your address is CZK 45.
Postal delivery of tickets to another EU country
Postal delivery of tickets in the Czech Republic
Once the amount covering the price of the tickets booked and the handling fee has been credited to the account dispayed in the last step of your booking, the tickets will be sent by post to the address stated in the booking. You can use this type of delivery for addresses outside the Czech Republic. The hadling fee for the delivery of tickets to your address is CZK 100.
eTicket
If you select this type of delivery, you will be able to print the tickets from your printer, once the amount covering the price of the tickets booked and the handling fee has been credited to the account dispayed in the last step of your booking, the tickets will be sent by post to the address stated in the booking. eTicket can be printed from the menu "My bookings" when you are logged in to this portal. To print eTickets, you will need a programme that allows you to print PDF documents(e.g. Adobe Acrobat Reader).
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The organiser and the seller shall not be responsible for any inconvenience caused by unauthorised use or copying of eTickets. eTickets must be kept in a safe place to prevent misuse thereof. Entry to the event will only be allowed upon presentation of the first eTicket that has been processed by the validator. If the eTicket is presented repeatedly or if a copy of the eTicket is presented, entry to the event will be denied regardless of who presents the eTicket.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The event organiser may not support all the types of booking mentioned below.

If the tickets are delivered by post, a handling fee for postage and packaging may be added to the price of the tickets. The fee is displayed when the tickets are selected in the virtual event hall, depending on the selected method of ordering and type of tickets delivery.


TYPES OF ORDER:
•    Cash on delivery
Tickets may be ordered up to 20 calendar days before the event.
•    Invoice – postal delivery of tickets in the Czech Republic
Tickets may be ordered up to 14 calendar days before the event.


INFORMATION ABOUT THE METHODS OF PAYMENT FOR
Cash on delivery
This method of ordering tickets is only possible if the tickets will be sent to an address on the territory of the Czech Republic. You will be required to pay for the tickets upon delivery by the post officer.
Invoice
The Central Booking Office will issue and send a Request for Payment. You make a payment based on the details in the Request. It is vital that the amount for your order be credited to the account stated in the Request for Payment on or before the date of maturity thereof.
When making your order, please enter all the necessary invoicing details (business name, invoicing address, Business ID, Tax ID, contact) in the field entitled “NOTE”.


INFORMATION ABOUT THE TYPES OF DELIVERY OF THE TICKETS ORDERED
Cash on delivery
VTickets will be sent to your address stated in your order. The address must be in the Czech Republic. The handling fee for delivery of the tickets to your address is CZK 80.
Postal delivery of tickets in the Czech Republic
Once the amount covering the price of the tickets you ordered and the handling fee has been credited to the account stated in the Request for Payment sent to you by the Central Booking Office, the tickets will be sent to the address stated in your order. This type of delivery may be used for addresses in the Czech Republic only. The handling fee for delivery of tickets to your address is CZK 45.


METHODS OF PURCHASING TICKETS
This section provides a list of all the types of ticket purchasing that the Colosseum ticket city booking system offers to the users of this portal.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The event organiser may not support all the types of booking mentioned below.
For each type of booking, the organiser sets a deadline until which you can book tickets through the Colosseum ticket portal.
The supported types of purchasing with details concerning the method of collection/delivery of tickets are always shown directly in the hall of the event you selected, along with information about the supported methods of booking and ordering tickets (for more information on the methods of booking and ordering, see METHODS OF BOOKING TICKETS and METHODS OF PURCHASING TICKETS).
If the limit for all types of purchasing is exceeded for your event, the virtual event hall will display a message that tickets can no longer be booked. In this case, you cannot put more tickets into your virtual basket.
Once you have finished selecting, you will be prompted to make the payment for your tickets.
If the tickets are delivered by post, a handling fee for postage and packaging may be added to the price of the tickets. The fee is displayed when the tickets are selected in the event hall, depending on the method of purchase and delivery of the tickets.


METHODS OF PURCHASING TICKETS:
•    On-line payment by card – personal collection of tickets
Tickets can be purchased up to 1 calendar day before the event.
•    On-line payment by card – postal delivery of tickets in the Czech Republic
Tickets can be purchased up to 10 calendar days before the event.
•    On-line payment by card – postal delivery of tickets to another EU country
Tickets can be purchased up to 20 calendar days before the event.
•    On-line payment by card – eTicket
Tickets can be purchased up to 1 calendar day before the event.


INFORMATION ABOUT ON-LINE PAYMENT BY CARD
On-line payment by card takes place via the payment gate on the secure Pay MUZO system. More information here. The gate supports payment by VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard and Maestro cards for on-line transactions based on the 3-D Secure standard, which provides for unique identification of all the parties involved in the transaction. The main advantage of the payment gate is a significant improvement of security for all the parties involved – card holder, seller, issuing bank and clearing bank.
How to pay for tickets by card on-line
Once you have finished selecting tickets, you will be prompted to pay by clicking on the PAY button. When you click on the button, the website will redirect you to the Pay MUZO system, where you will be prompted to enter the details of the card you wish to use for payment (card number, expiry date, control code – CVC 2, CVV2). The screen will show the name of the seller to whom you are paying for the tickets, the fee for the tickets you selected and your order number.
If you use a secure card in the 3-D Security System, you will be prompted on the next page to enter the password to authorise payment via the Internet.
If the payment via the Pay MUZO system is successful, your order will be assigned an identification number and you will be automatically redirected back to the booking portal, where you will see payment confirmation. You can then print a list of the tickets paid by the bank card.
If the payment is unsuccessful, you will also be redirected back to the booking portal, where you will see a message that the payment was unsuccessful. The tickets you selected will be removed from the virtual basket and released for sale.
Payment authorisation may fail due to the following reasons:
•    you entered wrong card details by mistake,
•    the balance of your account was insufficient at the time to make the payment,
•    your card does not allow you to make transactions via the Internet. Contact the card issuer, i.e. your bank,
•    • a technical or another problem with the card occurred – expiry date, maximum amount of payment exceeded, a technical problem in the authorisation centre etc.,


INFORMATION ABOUT THE TYPES OF DELIVERY OF THE TICKETS PURCHASED
Personal collection of tickets
You can collect the tickets you paid for at any sales point of the Colosseum ticket city booking system.
Postal delivery of tickets in the Czech Republic
This type of delivery may be used for addresses in the Czech Republic only. The handling fee for delivery of tickets to your address is CZK 45.
Postal delivery to another EU country
You can use this type of delivery for addresses outside the Czech Republic. The handling fee for delivery of tickets to your address is CZK 100.
eTicket
If you select this type of ticket delivery, you will be able to print the tickets from your printer, provided the payment was successful. eTickets can be printed from the menu “My bookings” when you are logged in to this portal. To print eTickets, you will need a programme allowing the printing of PDF documents (e.g. Adobe Acrobat Reader).
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The organiser and the seller shall not be responsible for any inconvenience caused by unauthorised use or copying of eTickets.
eTickets must be kept in a safe place to prevent misuse thereof. Entry to the event will only be allowed upon presentation of the first eTicket that has been processed by the validator. If the eTicket is presented repeatedly or if a copy of the eTicket is presented, entry to the event will be denied regardless of who presents the eTicket .


REGISTRATION
Registration on the booking portal is voluntary if you only wish to book tickets and pay for them at the ticket agent’s counter (type of booking: ticket agent’s counter – personal collection of tickets).
Registration is mandatory for all the other types of booking, ordering and purchasing of tickets. If you do not register before you select an event and put tickets into your virtual basket, you will be prompted to register when you book, order or purchase tickets.
The advantage of registration on the booking portal is that it provides you with access to the bookings/orders that you created using this booking portal or that you paid for on-line via this booking portal. To see the list of your bookings, orders and paid tickets, click on “My bookings” menu.
You can check the box "Send me news by email" when you register. You can select the organisations and types of events you with be informed about by a weekly bulletin. This way you won’t miss any premiere and you will get to know all the news and any changes to the programme.

How to register:

1.    Click the Reservations tab and then the Registration button
2.    Fill in all the mandatory fields
3.    If you wish to be informed about all the news of the booking system, check the box „Send me news by email“.The default setting covers all the options. If you do not wish to be informed about the events of some organisation or about some types of event on offer, simply uncheck the box.
4.    Confirm registration by clicking on the “Register” icon
5.    . Log in to the system for each subsequent purchase or booking of tickets by going to the "Log in" section and filling in your user name and password.
6.    To change your registration details, log in to the portal and click on the “Registration” icon.


IMPORTANT NOTICE:
To log in to the booking portal, you need to enter your user name and password in the same format as when you registered. The system is both caps- and diacritics-sensitive.
 


FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
If you forget your password to the booking portal, you can request a password to be sent to your email address that you entered during registration. Just click on the FORGOTTEN PASSWORD icon.


HOW TO GET TICKETS
Putting tickets in the virtual basket
If you are interested in a particular event on the list, click on its date to enter the virtual event hall.


STEP 1 – PICK SEATS
Click on any available seat to put it in the virtual basket. When you enter the event hall, you will find information about price categories and a description of the available and booked seats. This information is available under the title and date of performance.
Click on the button to put the tickets in the virtual basket, which will pop up immediately. Please select your preferred method of payment and ticket delivery from the list in the Method of payment and ticket delivery field. If you made a mistake in selecting tickets, you can remove individual tickets by clicking on the button or remove the whole event by clicking on button.
If you are happy with your selection, you can proceed with your booking/order by clicking on the button.


STEP 2 – ENTER CONTROL DATA
In this step, you will be prompted to enter your contact details. This can happen in two ways, depending on the selected type of booking/order. If you selected the option “Ticket agent’s counter – personal collection of tickets“, the system will prompt you to enter your name, surname, address, telephone number and email address. If you choose any other type of booking/order, you will be asked to log in to the system in this step. If you had already logged in before you selected the tickets, your contact details will be automatically filled in. To continue booking/ordering, click on .


STEP 3 – YOUR BOOKING / PAYMENT FOR TICKETS
Your booking will be finalised in this step. The system generates your booking number, which is important for processing the tickets you have booked. You will get detailed instruction about how to proceed plus information about the expiry date of your booking, collection of tickets or how to pay for the tickets if you selected payment by bank transfer.
JIf you selected on-line payment by card for your booking/order, click on to be redirected to the payment gate of the Pay MUZO system where you will be prompted to enter your bank card details. You will find more information about payment by card in the section Information about on-line payment by card.


Important notice:
The event organiser may set a limit for the maximum number of tickets that may be put in the virtual basket during one transaction.


“MY BOOKINGS”
As a registered user of the Colosseum ticket booking system you can display your bookings/orders that you created using this booking portal or that you paid for on-line via this booking portal, by clicking on "My bookings”.
Log in to “My bookings” list to view all your bookings/orders. Click on the More details button to view detailed information about the selected tickets.
If you selected the eTicket option, you can print your ticket from this list.


PRINTING YOUR ETICKET
Once you have logged in to MY BOOKINGS, a printer icon will be displayed with orders with the eTicket option selected. Click on the icon to view order details. The detail of each order displays an icon allowing you to print the eTicket for each event included in the order.
To print eTickets, you will need a programme that allows you to print PDF documents (e.g. Adobe Acrobat Reader).

Privacy Policy

Consent to Personal Data Processing

By this, I am giving Consent to Personal Data Processing to the company Perfect System, s.r.o. (further "Administrator" only), registered in the Trade Register administered by the Prague Municipal Court, section C, reference 84989, with residence in Radlická 3301/68, 150 00 Prague 5,                             IČ: 26480981, who is the operator of the portal ColosseumTicket.cz including the network of sales points (further "CT" only), with conditions listed below:

  1. Personal data which may be processed:
  • name, surname
  • email
  • telephone
  • street, city, post code, country
  • password - in coded form
  • IP address
  • cookie files

 

  1. The purpose of personal data processing is:

To improve the Client’s comfort from purchasing and to increase his/her knowledge about current offer by the form of direct marketing and analysis of visit rate and sales behaviour.

 

  1. The period of personal data processing: 5 years since consent given.

 

  1. Personal data may be given to the following third party: We use codes from the corporations Google Inc. (Google Tag Manager, Adwords, Google Analytic), Seznam.cz, a.s. (Sklik) and Facebook Ireland Ltd. which help us to analyse behaviour of visitors and clients on the portal.

 

Personal data is collected and stored only in electronic secured data storage. Data conveyed between the Client and the Administrator server/CT is always coded via SSL protocol.

 

  1. The Client is authorised for rescinding of this Consent toPersonal Data Processing as described above any time by the application sent via email to info@cticket.cz or by rescind option of this Consent to Personal Data Processing available in the section "My Account".    The Client may as well ask for deleting of data via email or again by delete option from the section "My Account".

Subject of data - The Client by his/her consent claims that was by the Administrator informed properly about personal data processing and privacy policy*, that data submitted are accurate and true and are given to the Administrator voluntarily.

 

*Subject of Data Instruction

 

By this, the Administrator consistent with the regulation section 13 of the Regulation of                      the European Parliament and of the Council no. 2016/679 from April 27 2016, general regulation on the protection of personal data (further "Regulation" only) informs that:

 

  • data of the Subject will be processed based on his/her free consent and under the conditions mentioned above,
  • the purpose of providing of personal data is the interest of the Subject of data to increasing of knowledge about current offer of the Administrator which wouldn’t be possible without this data,
  • while the Subject personal data processing, there won’t occur automated decision or profiling,
  • the Administrator didn’t nominate any commissioner for personal data protection, it didn’t delegate any processor to personal data processing or didn’t identify any deputies for fulfilling of duties in order to the Restriction,
  • the Administrator doesn’t plan to convey personal data of the Subject to the third country, international organization or others than above mentioned third parties.
  • The subject of data is titled to retract any time his/her Consent to Personal Data Processing, to ask the Subject for the access to his/her personal data, its revision or deletion, eventually limitation of processing and to have an objection to its processing, to transmit his/her data to another administrator, as well as to submit a complaint to the Office for Personal Data protection, if he/she is convinced that the Administrator is proceeding against the Restriction.

Consent to Personal Data Processing mentioned above is not obligatory for the means of realizing a purchase (order/reservation) of a ticket. A ticket purchase and a contractual relationship performance are following Terms & Conditions.


RULES OF COMPLAINT HANDLING
Paid fees cannot be refunded, tickets cannot be replaced.
No compensation is provided for lost tickets.
Tickets must be kept in a safe place to prevent misuse thereof.
Forging tickets is punishable under law. Any modification renders the ticket invalid.
Ticket holders are obliged to follow the rules set down by the event organiser.
The organiser reserves the right to change the event programme and performers.
Complaints must be lodged with the seller from whom the tickets were purchased.
If the event is cancelled, refund must be claimed at the sales point where the ticket was purchased.


Any queries or complaints must be delivered without undue delay to the address provided in the Contact section.
