ABOUT THE CONCERT 

The Symphony of a Thousand, Gustav Mahler's Eighth Symphony. An all-embracing symphony, in which a multitude of voices and instruments express a profound longing for the world's reconciliation and redemption through love. That is why we have called upon reinforcements from various corners of Europe to join us on the expanded stage of the Smetana Hall, ensuring that the jubilee season begins in truly grand fashion.
