After some years an imprisoned man testifies to his old crime. What role did he actually play and what role did his accomplice play? When does desire become an obsession, and how far can man go? It is a story of passion, desire and overstepping the limits for two young actors. The musical is based on a real event from Chicago in 1924, when two law students from wealthy families killed a fourteen-year-old boy. The youngsters were 18 and 19 years old at that time and their motivation was the excitement from such an act and the attempt of committing a perfect crime. For the first time, the musical was introduced in New York in 2003, a successful off-Broadway staging followed in 2005 and since this time, it has been performed in a number of countries around the world. In the Czech Republic, this chamber crime musical has been performed only once.  By introducing this musical, the operetta/musical  company starts the dramaturgical series of appealing chamber works which are recently offered by Theatre „12” in rebuilt interiors of the Jiří Myron Theatre.
