Timeless jewel of the classical ballet&nbsp;with recorded music by one of the most famous Russian composers, Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky. The intriguing story will surely appeal to both adults and children. Swan Lake is the world&acute;s most performed and well-known ballet title; it requires precision and a high standard of classical technique of all performing dancers. Thanks to their exceptionally demanding performances, the audience has a chance to enjoy an unforgettable theatrical experience.
During the performance, you will be carried away by graceful movements of the swans, Prince Siegfried and his court jester, and the queen who wants to marry her son.&nbsp; The dual role of Odette and Odile, portraying two completely different characters, is the true highlight of the show. How will the story of the enchanted princess end? Will the evil sorcerer Von Rothbart, who transformed the princess into a swan, manage to trick Prince Siegfried? Will there be a happy or tragic ending in Monika Kysilov&aacute;'s choreography?

<h2>O KONCERTU</h2>
The concert takes place in the Church of St. Martin in the Wall.&nbsp;A beautiful programme by a string quartet composed of the leading Czech orchestras&rsquo; members. Captivating concerts in the intimate setting of the Church of St. Martin create a truly unique atmosphere as the church is located in an unusual place, a little hidden and aside the busy streets. The hall is heated and has excellent acoustics. The concert performed by the string quartet will surely impress you with their beautiful rendition of the world-famous classical pieces. &nbsp;All members of the quartet come from musical families, musical feeling thus runs in their blood. In particular, Jitka Balkov&aacute; represents the fourth generation of Czech musicians carrying the family&rsquo;s musical legacy. The duration of the concert is approximately one hour.

<h2>The Church of St. Martin in the Wall</h2>
The Church of St. Martin in the Wall&nbsp;is located near Narodn&iacute; trida and has been preserved as an almost intact work of the Middle Ages - a rare example of valuable Romanesque and Gothic architecture. It was built in the twelfth century in the village of Ujezd, which became known as the Ujezd ​​of St. Martin. The church acquired its current name in the thirteenth century, when King Wenceslas I enlarged the castle and then surrounded it with a castle wall. The wall divided &Uacute;jezd into two parts, the inner one became part of the Old Town of Prague. The greater part of &Uacute;jezd ​​remained behind the walls and was destroyed by the construction of the New Town under Charles IV. The south wall of the church became part of the city wall - hence the name Church of St. Martin in the Wall. As it was common, the church was surrounded by a school and a cemetery which has a connection to one of the Prague&acute;s legends.

Dreamy Christmas fairy tale the Nutcracker adapted as a ballet, with the recorded music by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, in the premises of the Broadway theatre in the Prague. The original choreography was created by Lev Ivanov and since its premiere at the Imperial Mariinsky Theatre in Saint Petersburg in 1892, it has been one of the iconic ballet titles of the classical repertoire worldwide.
The duration of our choreography created by Alexander Kysil &nbsp;is 105 minutes, including a 15-minute interval, which makes it suitable for both adults and young audiences. Come and join us to discover a thrilling story full of magic, emotions, imagination, love and dreams &nbsp;- and wake the true spirit of Christmas. Is the story of Clara and her favourite toy Nutcracker just a fantasy or reality? Is uncle Drosselmeyer &nbsp;a true magician? Can the characters from the puppet show that Clara saw on Christmas Eve come to life? The answers are for you to see&hellip;
