When the Oak Leaves Fall

ABOUT THE PERFORMANCE

An adaptation of Jan Werich’s fairy tale. A comic story about the farmer Čupera, who must go through hell on his journey towards sobriety – and it is worth it. As is customary in Werich’s work, we follow the hero’s transformation with kindness, perspective and humour. There is also plenty of live music along the way.

School performances can also be arranged outside the dates listed in the programme. If you are interested in a performance for your school, please contact Studio Ypsilon’s Sales Department.
