Story

You wouldn't mistake her for a prostitute. He studies in the school, eats in the canteen, wears HáeMko. But at night she works as a companion and her loving family, in fact no one around her, has any idea about it. In his open confession, he reveals the world of sex for money. How did it all start? What is it like to have sex with complete strangers? How prices and appointments are negotiated, what clients are really looking for and why men who have wives at home often pay for sex with companions. A story about the double life that thousands of women in the Czech Republic live. And maybe even someone you meet every day. You just have no idea what he does at night!

About the LISTing project

The Browsing project presents interesting and up-to-date books every month. Selected authors and their work or a specific book are then interpreted in front of the audience in the form of staged readings. It is always a theater performance, in which the plot of the book, the language of the author and the atmosphere of the given literature are transmitted to the audience, which, led by the young generation in a world devoid of culture and literature, returns to what was there first - the book. This is not some fanzine reading of favorite passages, this is a breathing performance with props, costumes, music, a beginning and an end. In its time, LISTOVÁN had the patronage of the Ministry of Education for the spread of reading and literacy.

For an extraordinary contribution in the field of promotion of readership, LISTOVÁN received the prize of the Czech Literary Fund Foundation.
