ABOUT

LOVE2DANCE is an original Slovak dance show that invites you on a fascinating journey into the world of standard and Latin American dances. In this unique theatrical production, ballroom dances at the highest level come to life, presented to the audience in fresh, dynamic choreographies.

This project brings a one-of-a-kind show full of energy, beauty, and passion, featuring twenty-two top professional dancers from Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and France. They perform in stunning costumes, accompanied by well-known musical hits with a narrative. LOVE2DANCE blends elegance, deep emotions, and rhythms that transcend the boundaries of dance.

The story is guided by the character of the Actor, who, within his imagination, encounters different forms of love and gradually discovers its true essence through reflection. The audience witnesses his whimsical, colorful dream, where he experiences various stages of life and relationships through dance – from infatuation, desire, and flirtation to jealousy and passion, leading to life’s struggles that ultimately bring self-discovery and self-acceptance.

The show is divided into two 45-minute acts with an intermission. Each part reveals a different dimension of love, life, and the art of dance itself.
