ABOUT CONCERT

The Prague-based international sextet "Bohemia After Dark" is dedicated to authentic arrangements of classics and neglected gems from the golden age of bebop in the 1940s through to the hard bop of the 1950s. Among the jazz giants featured in this concert dedicated to 1950s hard bop are Miles Davis, Art Blakey, Cannonball Adderley, Horace Silver, Clifford Brown, Max Roach, Donald Byrd, Sonny Rollins and Hank Mobley. Make your Christmas time more enjoyable with this great concert in the unique environment of the legendary jazz club Reduta.

In 2016, according to The Guardian newspaper, Club Reduta was one of the top ten jazz places in Europe and ranked it among the elite clubs of its kind anywhere.
