ABOUT PERFORMANCE

The family estate and the cherry orchard as an image of the world that was entrusted to our care and we... squandered it. Billiard balls collide in an empty mind, and the view is totally blank. And the young? They talk about saving the planet, but they cannot even save themselves. They won't be like us, who have been here so much longer. No way! But they will end up the same way we do in the end. Blank stares. You know the sound of a broken heart, right? And the life does not want to begin anyway. It is so funny that it makes one’s hair stand on end. It is a strange and extremely entertaining show.
The role of the estate’s owner Ranevskaya is portrayed by Renáta Klemensová.
